Our Fees

Planning Fees:

Endless support and resources, logistical guidance and luxury planning takes time and expertise. For this reason there are certain destinations and processes that come with a planning fee. This fee is at the advisor's discretion and is dependent upon several factors - the destination, the length of travel and amount of travelers. This fee is specific to each trip and is usually lowered to take into consideration additional commissions from our travel partners. Before trip planning begins, the fee amount is provided by the advisor and agreed upon by both parties.

 

SmartFlyer Air Department Fees:

When using our in-house air department at SmartFlyer, additional fees apply for booking and managing flights. These fees range between $50-$150 per person, depending on the destination and travel route.
